My son Sayanta holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and currently resides in Orlando, Florida, USA. He did his schooling from South Point High School in Kolkata and then moved to Punjab for his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. In spite of having job offers from MNCs prior to completing his B.Tech, he chose to move to the USA after his bachelor's degree to pursue higher education in the fall of 2016. In the United Sates, he completed his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 2018. After that, he worked as a Ph.D scholar at UCF. After completing his Ph.D, he is now working as a Post Doctoral Associate at UCF. He has no gap in his entire academic/professional career so far.
My son has strong liberal values and appreciates strong-minded people like himself. He is very serious about his career and is always looking to strive for excellence in academia/indsutry. He is looking for a partner that shares similar principles as him, academically better or at par with him, be able to adapt and work in the United States and someone who is independent, supportive and likes to work towards achieving excellence in personal and professional growth.
